Amy specializes in health and welfare benefits. She counsels employers, third party administrators and insurers on plan design and compliance with the tax, ERISA, HIPAA and other federal law issues that affect these types of plans. She represents clients before the DOL, IRS, CMS and other federal agencies relating to health and welfare plan issues. Most recently, Amy has been extensively involved in assisting employers with the Health Care Reform Act mandates.
