With several attorneys dedicated to the health and welfare area, Mazursky Constantine drafts and reviews plan documents, administrative services agreements, business associate agreements, summary plan descriptions and other employee communications.  We also assist with negotiating and otherwise pursing settlements with insurance carriers, third-party administrators and other third party vendors.

Mazursky Constantine assists our clients in complying with the Health Care Reform Act and the multitude of other laws governing such plans, including those relating to COBRA, Genetic Nondiscrimination Act, HIPAA privacy and security, HITECH Amendments to HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, discrimination, taxation, cafeteria plans, VEBAs, FSAs, HRAs, HSAs and educational assistance.  Our practice involves a great deal of advice over the telephone and via e-mail.
